I can't find it on the TMF anymore, but I would like to cast my vote for making Biscuit's thread sticky at the top of whatever section it's in.
The mainstream lists are sticky, I think this one deserves to be as well. Maybe the mods could go back through it and prune all the non-tickling posts (because they were partly just there to bump the thread back up to the top, and that won't be needed anymore). Just my 2 cents (Note: Australian 2 cents now worth .0004872 US cents)
