Elder Scrolls?

Yup, I play pretty often, but I'm taking a break for now. After Oblivion came out though, I couldn't go back to Morrowind.

I actually want to go back to Morrowind for nostalgic purposes. Not sure how long that'll last though. LOL!

Last time i tried to play morroing on the 360 I got a hilariousa glitch where my guys arms were detached and floating three fett in front of him. Still a good game though, but leauges behind oblivion.

>Implying Oblivion is better than Morrowind

There's your problem. PC version is infinitely superior due to mods. Well, aside from the occasional CTD.

Anyway, I love TES, my favorite by far being Morrowind. I'd like to go back to it sometime but I want to get a new computer first, and plus I have so many other games I need to play that starting Morrowind would basically cast them aside for at least a month, depending on the time of year.

I much prefer Morrowind to Oblivion. While Oblivion's combat and magic system were damned near flawless, Morrowind had a far superior story line.

Showing how nerdy I am, I actually write some fan-fic for TES. I've thought about submitting some of it to tamriel rebuilt, but I mainly just write it for my equally nerdy mates.

I'm still trying to get Daggerfall to run on that damned dosbox.

If they could take the engine they used to make Oblivion and use it to do a 100% faithful Morrowind remake (without any of the bullshit like fast travel or leveled loot) it would be the game of the damn century.

Loved Oblivion. But there are so many mods, I have lost track. To make matters worse, not every mod is compatible with all other mods. I could spend days researching, downloading and installing all mods and still end up with a messed up installation and start all over again.

I am another Oblivion super fan. I played Morrowind until it developed a shallow rut in the CD and once I found you could mod the crap out of Oblivion, I haven't looked back.

Although I do agree that Morrowind had a better storyline, Oblivion is still superior in more ways. So nyah. :]

And yes, I am an adult PC game addict. I have problems.

I just started to replay Morrowind - Game of the Year Edition last night and was amazed how far superior Oblivions graphics were to it. LOL! Which is funny, because I thought Morrowind's graphics were great at the time. 😀

Now I'm ready for 20 of the 24 hours of the day to be wasted again...good times. LOL!

Just started playing Oblivion for the first time in ages. Added a bunch of mods in - mostly Unique Landscapes and OOO. Seeing how it goes, not massively confident I'll properly get into it again... there's only so many times you can do it all, and only so many times horribly breaking the game is entertaining.

But still, it's not bad so far 🙂
