I was hoping she maybe would yank foot away and say that tickles or I'm ticklish but the reaction does indicate it did tickle and she is ticklish. When I use to watch her on Bewitch as a kid I use to hope that she'd get tickled but it never happened. Maybe I'm wrong was she tickled on the show ?

In a way yes. Cousin Serena (also played by Elizabeth Montgomery) was tickled. Though it looked quite fake.
