This may be a brief tickle scene. His hand reaches out and looks like it squeezes her leg. She even giggles

I think the laugh was ADR (recorded later) but she clearly scurried away from it. I also think that's the third tickle from David Boreanaz - there was the time he went into detail about how ticklish Charisma Carpenter's belly was when he kissed it during a love scene, and I seem to recall a magazine picture where he was tickling a co-star, but I could be wrong about that one.
