on a promo for bones it looks like Emily Deschanel was given a quick tickle by
David Boreanaz. He was holding her from behind and she spun around as if he tickled her. It's hard to tell if it was acually tickling or just looks like it. Here is a clip u can judge for yourself.

It's real tickling. Hard to see how anyone could doubt it, especially given what we already know about David Boreanaz.

Yes, she doesn't just "spin around"; it's clear that she is flinching involuntarily in response to some kind of stimulus--and with a big smile plastered on her face. What kind of stimulus could there have been? Well, it's either a quick tickle or some other kind of poke or pinch which is essentially the same thing.
