Not going to pretend this is an obvious one, but the full on laughter she appears to be letting out here suggests a ticklish reaction to whatever the lady is scrubbing on her leg.

The way she's laughing, those expressions, and the way she's moving her other leg does look like it's tickling her for sure! I totally thought the same when I first saw it. And I'm happily going to pretend forever that this is her ticklish face lol

Sadly though, I then saw a version of the video on Instagram earlier and it had the sound with it - basically there's a conversation going on about what's she's having done, which is I think what's really making her laugh, they're just joking about it. They do her other knee too (albeit only with a wipe), but there's no reaction at all on that bit.

It's the second kind of tease moment we've had with her - there was a photo shared on here from Twitter of her getting a massage (the guy is using his elbow to massage and dig in to her hip area), but again - with just a photo, even though she's laughing away, it's hard to be sure what's happening without additional context.

I believe her feet are ticklish.
At her last match she had a medical timeout because of blisters on her feet and at the end of the treatment I had the impression that she almost pulled her feet out because the physio gave something on her feet and was touching it and for me it seems difficult for her to stay her foot there.
But it in only my opinion!!
