Emma’s feet are secured in the straps, but her arms are left free. Simply because how cute she is moving her arms around as her very ticklish feet and even more ticklish toes are worked over. Once again, she betrays herself by commenting on things when they tickle more. Poor Emma is her own worst enemy.
