I was listening to a radio interview with Latino singer/heartthrob
Enrique Englasias on a local radio station this morning when he
(without any prompting or urging by the interviewer) went on a
rather long (and fascinating) monologue where he stated among
other things:

"I have had a really BIG foot fetish for years..."

"I absolutely *love* looking at women's feet and think about
holding, massaging and softly caressing them. They give me
an erotic thrill and rush that is incomparable to anything else
I know..."

"I especially enjoy going to the beach if for no other reason than

I think it's a pretty safe bet to chalk this one up as another

He had already mentioned this in the Jay Leno show. I think he has never denied or hidden his interest in feet. However, he has not said anything about tickling.
