Ross spent the weekend knowing that trouble was coming when he went to the office the following Monday.
Over Kayley's objections, he went to the Queens casino that Saturday, only to drop yet another $5000 at the slots and horses.

"Lawsuit against business manager Ross C from Charles Harton, and Charles Harton and Company Inc, for mismanagement, damages, and monetary losses. Undiscolsed amount to be determined, after Mister Harton has his books examined by another company, and an independent auditor"
Ross sighed. It could be small and able to be settled, medium and a battle , large and a long battle , or catastrophic, and cause Ross and RossShell to suffer major damages.
Ross called Alan Hell. "Alan, I know you cant represent me and why. Harton just sued me. I'm sending you the papers he sent me. Please just look at it, and then please recommend the worst shark lawyer you know. If it is not against legal ethics, if I could talk to your associate Tom in Philadelphia. He would be the first shark I can think of, off the top of my head to throw the first bomb at Harton" Ross said.
"First things first. Send it to me. Let me look at it, and have someone I know file a continuance to buy us time, and then we will find someone for you, and figure it out" Alan said.

John hung up, leaving Ross on the phone with Fritz and Steve.
"Ross, we know what is going on with Harton. Our friend Mister Hell will deal with it. How about we evaluate another group of investors, and put together as many as a few hundred people. You will be home for ten days by the beginning of next week. Ask the teacher if she would have a problem with you coming down here As for Charles, just let the attorneys do their job, and dont consume yourself with it. We have RFS to run, and you have RossShell to run. I have a strong feeling that you will get out of what Harton is trying to do, and it may not be as bad as you think" Fritz said.
