I have been in hospital several times over the last few years with a neurological condition, and have had a similar tests for sensations each time, which is really embarrassing because my mum is often with me. 🙈

I'm so sorry to hear about your accident, but on the bright side, being tickled by a doctor is a pretty thrilling experience! And it sounds like you get to experience that a lot! I had a similar experience a few years ago. I had to go to the ER because I got a spinal injury on one of my vertebrae, and the doctor came in an started piano-ing up and down the sides of my spine right where the muscles are. It tickled so bad! I was able to stay pretty quiet, but my face was super animated and my friend who was with me (he knows about my tickling obsession) was just smiling and chuckling as he watched me struggle. ��
