Error Messages When Trying to Open Attachments

Several members have reported receiving an error message or blank page when trying to open attachments. We are investigating the problem and hope to have it resolved soon. Thank you for your patience.

Problem downloading

I have difficulties downloading files too. The download is recognized, but all I get is a small file between 0 and 5 kB. Using different browsers makes no difference. The problem occurred somewhere between 14 hours and 7 hours before I wrote this reply.

i was wondering what all the "database error" responses was all about
 
Just my luck, come back after months away and Firefox just presents the URL of the attachment right back at me in the browser window 🙂

I am not seeing any errors as of this time. Can you point me to a thread where you are experiencing errors?
 
I discovered that if I try to view an attachment that I attempted to view previously, I need to reload it by clicking CTRL+F5 in order to see it. If unable to view an attachment, please try this technique.
 
Disregard my last post please- since rejoining it seems all my mail from tickle theater goes into a spam folder or bulkmail. Had that problem the first time too

I actually found out I can't look at any pic's other than the ones in the 1-16 selection screen. I don't know the problem.

One other problem. I have been trying to post some pics and it says either I don't have the ability or the admin has stoped my account from letting me. Can I get someone to help me figure out the problem I have like three pics I wanted to post to start out.
 
We're working on the download problems, which affect all attachments more than 2-3 days old, but we're not sure when they will be fixed.

Dark Tribes, your confirmation e-mail was mistakenly blocked by your ISP as spam, so your account is unvalidated. Please send me an e-mail from the address you registered with at TT to **** (without the spaces) so that I can validate your account manually. Thanks.

The attachment problem has been resolved (to the best of my knowledge). Please alert myself or another staff member if such is not the case. 🙂
 
Dear friends,

The attachment problem has reappeared, with recently posted attachments opening as a blank page or blank square. I have notified the server administrators and hope that we will have the issue resolved soon. Thank you for your patience.
