I got to thinking a few months back, in the one with the mystery hand, the leg closest is in the air, it looks like the hand just tickled her foot and she pulled it away and into the air.

This may be wishful thinking, but in the second set of photographs it appears that one of the women is reaching for Eva's foot. Maybe Eva is really ticklish, and her friends enjoy tickling her. Again, probably just wishfull thinking.
