Ever had your shoes confiscated?

I know that in many private schools they practice shoes-off punishment, in which a student's shoes are confiscated for misbehaving. I was wondering if this has happened to anyone here and if they got tickled as a result. Were you wearing nylons? How did it make you feel to have your shoes taken and be forced to stay in your ticklish stocking feet?

Also, any girls want to take my poll on hosiery?

It also involves tickling and shoe removal.

Sounds really weird punishment.. have never heard of it. If i was a student there i would have suggested a more ticklish punishment, after student's shoes were removed!

I remember in my school they would sometimes take shoes as collatoral for borrowing a pencil or something, but that was about it. I couldn't imagine going to one of those private schools where the girls had to wear pantyhose and they had their shoes confiscated. I'd be going nuts, wouldn't get any work done.
 
At our private school, we'd get demerits for misbehaving... :|

But that's quite an interesting punishment. I would think a school would give punishment for taking shoes off, seeing as it's somewhat a minor case of "baring the body," or however they put it. But yes, you're right...if that were the case and they had a punishment like that, I'd think it would be a punishment on the entire class, as anyone with a thing for feet would be having a VERY hard time trying to contain themselves!! :lol

What I'm more curious about is if there are any hard-core private schools out there that uses outright tickling as a punishment, as it's fantasized in many of the stories here...
 
wow, that seems like a very bizarre punishment. I don't see the inherent punishment in taking ones shoes. I would think the instructor would have to give them back at the end of the class. That seems to me like a lawsuit waiting to happen a kid who's had shoes confiscated stepping or slipping on something and geting hurt.

Plus like others have said, it seems like that would add distraction to the class. And as Dalekfire said that would cause more of a distraction for students who are sexually aroused by feet, tickling or any other thing they can be conjured up by having one shoes. Especially in a sexually repressed atmosphere like a private school.

As far as tickling being used as punishment, I don't think any school has that. Corporal punishment is a dwindling thing in schools as it is. Plus tickling is not a negative experience to all as we all certainly know. Being very repressed about my fetish at the time, if I gone to high school that instituted tickling as punishment Id get in trouble purpose LOL
 
LOL i rember having to trade my shoe for a pencil a few times back in school, didn't have this fetish back then so didn't think much of it.
 
yea i had that happen to me a lot in school either them getting cofenscated, used as collateral, or losing them and many times had to go through a whole day with no foot ware
 
I never had them confiscated, but that never stopped me from taking them off when I wanted to. Though I did nearly lose them once when I bet my sandals in a poker game. Ran outta change, which is what we were playing for. Fortunately, I won that hand.

Only once were my shoes confiscated by a higher authority, and that was when, as A LITTLE kid of ten, I stepped in some booboo.
 
Never heard of that punishment before. Going without shoes...doesn't really seem like a big deal to me...unless of course when walking the halls the floor was wet. That of course would be uncomfortable. I don't think any school used tickling as a form of punishment during any time. However and this is a true fact, my public school had an annual field day where you basically goofed around having fun. Silly relay races and what not. There was one year when the girls volleyball team played against the teachers. At one point in the game the teachers charged across the court, chasing the girls who of course ran around the court screaming. The teachers took the entire team to the ground, removed thier shoes and socks and tickled their feet for I'd say a good 5 minutes. What brought this on or who suggested it, I have no idea...but to this day, all the teams at said school are afraid to play against the teachers in any sport.
 
Yea not sure how much of a punishment it really is either, their's a lot worse punishments out there, so this one just leads u to more ticklish situation lol, sounds fine to me.🙂
 
I was in a boarding school in the 70s but never had my shoes taken, but had my boots thrown at me a few times by my room mate, who I later on went over to him and beat the hell out of him!
 
Actually, confiscation of shoes is an old favorite of oppressors everywhere. It's much harder for your prisoners and/or slaves to escape through rough terrain without their shoes. There's also a certain demeaning factor to it. If you're a Nazi in black boots and all of your prisoners are barefoot, you have a "leg up" (if you will) on them.

No,but in the first part of my 3rd. grade year I had a teacher who said in front of the class that she was very lenient and would let us do pretty much anything so one student said,''would you let us take our shoes off?'' and she said yes.So,we got to take our shoes off.Then,at the end of the day after lunch we got to sit on a quilt with our shoes off and be read to.She read My Side Of The Mountain and had a cute little owl puppet that she read with.
 
I was and I was sooo upset when they moved her entire class to different teachers because the gifted teacher left and she was the only one who could teach gifted second grade.

Lol,we had an annual field day at our school too but nothing like that happened.Must have been quite a sight

sertainly seems like it, but then again i certainly don't see those students wanting to go to the police, that just be humiliating.
 
... Did you really just spell 'certainly' with an 's'?

But yes, there is that oft forgotten "no tickling the students law." Only hitting them is legal, right?
