How much tickling do you think we will be doing when we become senior citizens?

Remember the show,I think it was CNN,that was trying to figure out whether people could tell a real tickler from a robotic tickler and they showed an elderly woman getting tickled by a younger woman?
I'm not talking about just a poke here and there either.

I don't even want to think about tickling someone and they wet themselves

This was not only on my mind but, a good reason for me to start my very first thread. And there was much rejoicing(yeah!)

I didn't know how to phrase that question.

I'll throw in another vote and blatant advertisement for my own specific interest: conversational tickling. This can continue well into whatever age a couple progresses.

I am wondering...

-1- Could regular tickling sessions help increase and prolong the flexibility of the joints as the years progress ?

-2- Could the tickling provide the extra touching that so many older couples drift away from practicing ?

-3- What happens with the psychological side of things ?

-4- What steps for safety would a couple need to consider ?

-5- Just whom are the oldest couples present in the TMF ?

Wohhhh,, I think I should sit back and see what the rest of the community has to say before I add another comment.

(Oh yeah; please do forgive me; this is a matter of very high interest to about 15% of the members of the TMF; hint: it's not the college students.)

I'd like to know where I can find view the study you refer to in your original post, phfttklr.

I'm not yet a senior citizen, but I am 50 years old. I am actually more active with tickling now than when I was younger. Although I'm not really "out of the closet" about my tickling interest, my wife knows and allows me access to her feet. 😀 By the way, my wife is six and a half years older than I am, and she has very ticklish feet. 😉

I think the same things that arouse my tickling passions now will continue as long as good health does. I can't imagine a time when a woman I love won't be the recipient of tickling caresses, pokes and strokes, along with kisses and hugs.

I was thinking along these lines yesterday. I saw an older woman getting into her car and other than her face it would have been difficult to tell she was over 50. I have no problem with older people being tickled. I believe that no matter how a person looks or is built, if they are ticklish it can be a good time. But I enjoy tickling for the fun of it more than for arousal purposes (except with my lovely wife).

Worry about whether or not the person has a heartattack.
Explain THAT one to the judge and jury!

Aha, another factor supporting the importance of practicing Conversational Tickling. (shameless commercial advertisement)

Those in Connecticut can remember it by the letters "CT" which mean "Conversational Tickling".

LMAO You're forgetting something...when we are all old and Jeff has gray hair with the rest of us, we might WANT him to make vids of older models. Then again, we might just become a bunch of old coots who still like to drool over 20 something models lol. But whatever the case, I'm sure tickling habits will last long into old age, probably even after sex is no longer practiced. At least loss of sex drive may not be as big of an issue for the older ticklephiles out there as it is for those who have no other means of being physically intimate.
