Credit Reporting Problems...


Have you ever had problems with a credit report?

CBS TV in the United States reported on its award winning show 60

minutes recently that at least 40 million mistakes have been made not long ago

regarding consumer credit reports.

In many cases no way to resolve it.

All in violation of the Fair Debt and Collection Act. (Fair Credit reporting Act).

If you have had trouble you are not alone...

It's not just identity theft. It's improper credit reporting,

wrong info entered into the system that can have an adverse impact on your credit.

The 60 minutes piece stated no one is willing to change the wrong info reported.


All 3 credit agencies are to blame for the endless maze of disaster.

Hey, you wanna' make some extra money?

Sue the big three credit report agencies! They have so many lawsuits against them that I really believe there's a special fund just for it!

Although I am joking, seriously there have been numerous suits against them over the years. But it's like dealing with the banks, they're making so much money that it's merely the cost of doing business.

You can handle the credit report yourself (which is tedious, frustrating, and cumbersome), or you can get a reputable credit repair service to do it for you. They'll write the letters, make the big three correct any errors, or they'll get sued.........simples! I'm in the process of having my credit repair done and it's looking pretty good. Takes about 3-6 months to get things cleaned up.

I had a problem with one of my credit card accounts on experian's report. They fixed it right away.
