here I post a tickling cartoon and I want everybody to say what he/she thinks of it. When I get enough reactions I will eleborate more what the point of this was.

Since the subject is not restrained i feel that she must love the tickling..and from personal experience, the girl using her fingers would prove more of an effective tickle tool..as feathers never really were all that ticklish on the bottoms of my feet..however they did prove quite effective on the tops.

Mm... not very well drawn, another sad attempt at drawing anime. Too cutesy to be interesting, it does not seem like the sort of picture that would be greatly remembered. Yet another boring bit of the tickling fetish.

It's a passable anime portrayal of the lite-n'-fluffy side of tickling. I'm supposing the classic "tables-turned" theme, unless I'm reading too much into it.

it is funny to see that most of the reactions are about the drawing itself and what people think

however only two mentioned the age issue in a side line

what if this were a photo or a story telling about this scene?
people would be all over complaining the underage fact

minors in a tickle scene seems to be no problem when it is a drawing.

I personally think this is rediculous and we should not make such a big fuss over the age issue here.

Now about is u cleary see these character are under age right?? i believe thats from some sort of anime witch the name escapes me yet i know for sure it's underaged.

Thing is ,i like it cous it has tickling in it yet it contradicts my believe that tickling like this to minors is very inappropriate.Also on a side note there drawn characters and non real and non existant so is that owkay then ?? Is it moraly right to draw underaged characters getting all tied up and tickled bat shit insane ?? Theres like many more of those anyway on the net.

If they where real minors THEN there is absolutly no exscuse then it's pervy and dead plain wroooong.

The girls in the picture you posted don't look underage. They look like young women. In the conventions of that style of art, having boobs generally indicates that the characters are supposed to be of age. So your point is not really made.

I didn't see any difference in the faces of these girls than i have on similar drawings, where i know they aren't underage..i never once considered that these girls might be underage..they just looked like extremely cute girls.

I'm only asking members to report any images that are against the art section rules, such as any image that appears to contain child nudity, to avoid any problems for the forum. Nudity and sexual content involving only adults is fine here.
