ofcourse but my point with all of this, that nobody does it, i mean those links are from the huge tickle anime post and from like the first pages ,so is it me or doesen't anybody report stuff like that cous there 1) super lazy ,2) don't find it offensive ,3) they like and want more ,4) they don't know it's against the rules 5) they don't find it agaisnt the rules cous it's anime and in anime u cant be sure it's a minor cous it's a cute looking toon with abnormal overdeveloped breast even for young kids?? ,6) no one cares ,it's got tickling ,it's good.

it seems that minors in cartoons don't raise a huge riot as oppossed to clips/photos which do

the fact that an admin only now comments on the thread means nobody has reported it thusfar.

I remember a huge fuss about a certain H. Duff clip posted here. which spawned a huge discussion

I asked an admin once what would happen if you posted a story involving minor/adult tickling

The answer was it would be removed.

It could have been not much different than the scene in the picture I origionally posted

The picture I posted I found right here and apperently nobody reported it because it is still there

In this thread only one person seems to really make a big deal out of this. all other comments were about the drawing itself.

I personally think this whole age thing is overrated.
