F/F foot tickling in a Lifetime film

Don't know how well-known this is, but in Lifetime's 1997 movie "Little Girls in Pretty Boxes", Swoosie Kurtz tickles Courtney Peldon's feet. Here's a site with some vidcaps of it:

In that movie, the daughter begs the mother to rub her feet. NO tickling going on at all, just underage feet.
