OK, I have had this idea a while now, hope someone can make a story out of it!
During Spring Break, Erica (age 18, 5’2”, size 5, cute cheerful blond, cheerleader) invites over her friends Amber (age 20, 5’9”, size 10, calm friendly brunette, basketball and volleyball player) and Dee Dee (age 20, 5’10”, size 10, energetic playful blond, basketball and soccer player) to stay at her house through the break since her mother, Cameron (age 38, 5’9”, size 8, immature airhead playful blond, works as a nurse) works long hours and her sister Alicia (age 22, 5’6”, size 7, mischievous cruel blond, Elementary teacher and bondage lover) should be staying at a friends house. The girls agree and Friday, just after classes end for a week, all the girls go to Erica's house.
After a short while they get bored and agree to play a modified game of Speed. After a couple rounds Erica suggests they start betting to make it more interesting, while the others ask what they bet? Erica suggests something either the winners would enjoy or the loser would dislike (even better if it's both). Dee Dee suggests tickling and Amber votes foot worship.
After some discussion, they decide settle on the rules. They play a few rounds before deciding just a couple minutes isn't enough to get anyone to give up. They decide to play in sets of 5 games, adding the time up for each loss, as well as overall place.

They play a few more rounds, with Erica winning most of them and forcing both Amber and Dee Dee to clean her feet multiple times.
Amber is forced to lick her feet in the very first round, making her sick from the smell and taste. The next round she is able to force Dee Dee to do the same, though she discovers it’s not NEARLY as bad this time. They continue playing until the seventh round, either Amber or Dee Dee being forced to clean her feet each round while Erica has yet to taste theirs. As Dee Dee is licking Erica’s feet for the third time, her sister Alicia returns home and demands to know what’s going on. Erica explains the game, exciting her sister when she hears the punishments.
When Erica says the foot cleaning didn’t turn out as bad as she thought, her sister points out that since the first person to lose would clean the sweat from her feet the next time would be easier. Erica realizes that making her feet sweaty would make it worse and tries to convince the others to allow heaters and electric blankets around their feet to make them sweaty. At first, Amber and Dee Dee are against it, but Alicia signals them out of Erica’s sight, quietly mouthing that she has a plan and to allow it. Uncertain, they agree and Erica immediately dashes off to get the stuff. While she is gone Alicia explains her plan. Both girls are to focus only on beating Erica, completely ignoring each other until she is beaten, then Dee Dee is to let Amber win. Amber will get 1st every time, letting them tie Erica up and allow Alicia to join in tickling her. And because Erica got 5th every game her time is doubled, totaling an hour of tickling.
Erica finally returns, sets up the heating equipment and they begin playing. With Amber and Dee Dee working together, Erica loses all 5 times and things go exactly to plan. They strap her ankles in some stocks and start tickling her little feet, while Alicia ties her wrists to the beds headboard and tickles all over her upper body. They also setup the heating equipment so all the ticklers are still making their feet sweat while they tickle. Erica goes crazy with all 3 tickling her at once. She knows she won’t make the full hour so she gives up, but they keep going, excited by her weakness. Though Erica had given up, each girl was having so much fun they continue until her laughter grows silent. The girls realize they can actually tickle her in to fainting, which would force her to be their slave the entire week. Amber and Dee Dee are hesitant at first, but Alicia is almost euphoric at the thought of torturing her little sister all week and is able to convince them.
The three girls tickle her all out, forcing Erica to faint 22 minutes in to the tickling. When she wakes up, Alicia suggests Amber and Dee Dee both stuff a sock in her mouth as a gag, forcing her to taste their feet, then simultaneously rub their big feet over her face, completely smothering consuming her with them. They do so, greatly enjoying it and finally making her lick their feet once Erica had sucked the sweat from their socks. Alicia is next, immediately forcing her toes in her sisters mouth then making her lick every inch clean. They continue like this the rest of the day alternating between making her taste their feet and tickling her while their feet get sweaty again.

Alicia lies and says Erica likes being tickled and cleaning their feet; that she had begged Dee Dee and Amber to do this and Alicia had joined in being such a good big sister.
Cameron is greatly surprised and asks Erica if this is true. Erica sees the others nodding at her, mouthing for her to say yes and go along with it. Because she is still their slave, she must obey, so she tells her mother that it is all true, that she loves being tickled and licking their sweaty feet clean.
Cameron is surprised but also greatly excited! She says if she had known she would have been HAPPY to do these things for her baby, also vaguely offering to do so now. Now the 4 women tickle Erica together (Amber & Dee Dee at feet, Alicia on her arms, Cameron straddling her waste) for over an hour, never giving her a break. Afterwards, they have her clean each of their feet multiple times, sometimes individually sometimes in groups. Finally at nearly 2AM they decide to go to bed, but Cameron has 1 last torture.
She has Erica lay in her bed, under the sheets with her head at the foot of the bed. She then climbs in, laying on top of her daughter and placing her feet right in her face. Cameron also invites the other girls to join, though Alicia declines deciding to set up the heating stuff on her feet while she sleeps so they will be REALLY bad in the morning. Amber and Dee Dee climb in on either side of Cameron, also forcing their feet in Erica’s face.
The girls fall asleep, 4 dreaming of even greater tortures, and 1 crying in her sleep while still smelling feet.
They torture her all week, granted writing all that out would be REALLY long, so skipping most of it is fine. There are 2 scenes I’d like to have though.
First, Amber and Dee Dee are sad they have to go to a basketball team practice one morning that week until Alicia suggests they take Erica with them. After practice, they force Erica to go to the locker room and beg all the girls to tickle her and force her to clean their feet. With some motivation from Amber and Dee Dee, the whole team agrees, torturing her in the locker room. Eventually their coach, Halley, comes in to see what’s going on, but ends up joining in after Erica begs her as well. The team goes back to Erica’s house and tortures her the rest of the day.
Second is Sunday when she is to be released. Cameron finds out Erica actually hates being tortured, but is mad at her for lying the entire time, but also disappointed at loosing her foot slave and tickle toy. She decides to force Erica to become a slave permanently and asks the girls to help. Cameron is actually a multi-millionaire and offers to pay them; she got the life insurance when her husband, Erica and Alicia’s father died, but enjoys helping people so she continues her work as a nurse. Amber and Dee Dee both agree to come after school and move in during the summer. Because Alicia is a teacher she is able to pull her sister out of school saying she will home school her from now on. Both Cameron and Alicia decide to keep their jobs since they love what they do. Despite Cameron offering to take care of them the rest of their lives, Amber and Dee Dee both stay in school and keep playing basketball, but agree to start taking night classes and bring as many girls over to help torture Erica as possible. Story ends with Erica screaming in terror after realizing she is never getting out of this, that she will be their slave the rest of her life .
