I suspect without any certainty that this is from an MTV series called Undressed. Two young ladies in bra and panties kiss briefly, then one starts ticking the other. A third girl walks in and spoils the fun. 😡

I just saw a really bad creature movie called Blood Surf and one of the women in the movie is Taryn Reif. I did a Google on her and see she was also in Undressed and after viewing this clip again I believe she is the one getting tickled. Here is a shot of here from Undressed. What do you all think?
