well as some of you may know you tube pulled down another one of my clips!!! I dont know why it wasnt filthy or obsecene..it did infact have huge hits and 3 honors in a 24hr period..Im starting to wonder if its you tube or someone else who dosent like the competion..I hope thats not the case..I didnt think this was a competion..I thought it was sharing with other people...so Im done with you tube anything else I post..will be on google video or yahoo video of elsewhere....if it starts happening there too then Im going to say its someone trying to undermine me.. Im not sure i even want to post anymore..

I was reading an article at Msn.com and it sounds like Youtube is coming under fire for potential "copyright infringement" and it sounds like this has been occuring for a couple of months now. There are a lot of clips from copyrighted shows and having copyright, as everyone knows, means that clips or whatever shown without the expressed, written permission of the holder is liable for civil action. Apparently NBC threatened a suit unless a SNL skit was removed from the site, which it was.

No I agree with the dude, they have pissed me off too. I create my own clips so have full copyright, they ain't pornographic and due to 3 supposedly "inappropriate content" vids I had my account disabled. I contacted them the first time they told me my vid was inappropriate, cause I had been running the clips for about 3 months. They never got back to and then disabled my account with no further communication or notification of further violations, if they can't keep copyright house that shoudn't be an issues for smaller time producers who load their own material, and I certainly haven't put anything on their from NBC. I call for a boycott of youtube, I know I will be using either megaupload.com, tho that is a little cryptic or one of the others sandalman1 mentioned. Screw the tube! They were good to us for a while but now they have turned on us!!!

Many people I've chatted with there (here too) have uploaded their own stuff to the site and have had their vids removed. My opinion is that I think it's a case of Youtube hitting the panic button with the impending lawsuit. Well have to wait and see if Youtube gets their act together and gets everything straightened out but it wouldn't surprise me either if other people packed up their clips and left or if Youtube itself decides to fold.

From what I have seen reported at other forums, YouTube is cracking down on all adult and fetish-type content now. I use www.sexuploader.com for posting adult files and have had no problems with it other than annoying flash ads on the upload site.

It was annoying enough how when do a you search for tickling or footfetish stuff on youtube it hardly ever gives an up to date result, then on top of that you have to wade through a ton of gay m/m clips.

Now when you look through almost every footfetish or tickling clip you can find is removed, yet you still have to sift through all the gay shit that seems to have immunity from the same rules. There's also softcore videos, heavy s&m and some suspicously underage looking clip's show up if you search "footfetish" or "tickling".

I also don't buy the idea that it's about copy-right infringement because most are free sample clips or personal stuff and if you search for music videos full copyrighted music video's show up.

I think what we have here is some prick who is complaining to youtube about all these clips rather that some Youtube anti tickling conspiracy, anybody can make a complaint and get these banned i think ? or is it bias on you tubes part ?

Unfortunately there is a group consisting of former community members (their number is small) that purposefully report clips. pics, and sites for inappropriate content and terms of service violations.

These folks will stop at nothing to disrupt the community in any way possible. Do as Val says and upload to a host that has no problem with adult content and your stuff will not be removed.
