There was a scene in one episode of Mr. Ed in which the Posts hire a Japanese housekeeper. As part of her services, she takes off Wilbur's shoes and tickles his feet. Also Carol tickles Wilbur's sides as the episode closes.

This would be a good clip if anybody has the episode.

I was searching, and found an episode guide on the web. This one looks like it might be it. They were arranged by episode number...hope this helps. (I couldn't find the other episode name, since the description is kind of vague...)

I combed through all the episodes myself and came to the same conclusion. Episode 94 from the fourth season. Ed In The Peace Corps. That's the one.

Here's the description I found:

Ed is frustrated when Wilbur hires a secretary who happens to be a Japenese exchange student. The reason Ed is so angry is because she is always there and Ed can't speak to Wilbur which causes him to get frustrated.
