I've never done it to anyone, but I've had it done to me.
A friend of mine was teasing me once by tickling my face with a
feather. It did tickle, but more in the annoying making me want to
scratch where it touched kinda way. It was really bothersome when
she tickled around my nose.

This is a little off topic but an even more annoying tickling sensation IMO
is when the roof of your mouth gets tickled.

Try it once and you'll see what I mean. Use your tongue to lightly
tickle the roof of your mouth and see if it doesn't tickle in the
most irritating kind of way. Then again maybe it's just me.

I have used nose tickling in Dom sub setting where it is a form of punishment for demerits earned. One can use a single bristle from a paint brush, the pulled end of a qtip or a piece of string. Tickling the edge of the nostrils and sides of the nose cause unbearble itching.

When I was a baby, my mom says that tickling my face was
one of the only ways to make me go to sleep sometimes.
Even saying that creeps me out. But now, it's a great way

I've had my face tickled by long hair, by just the hair ends and by the whole mane dragged over it. It also tickles my scalp and neck at the same time too. I love it.
