I didn't see the article on your link. But judging by the title I can tell that the premise is already off. "Facebook customers" and "Facebook users" are two completely different entities. I'm assuming that the article was meaning to say "Facebook users" ranked it worst in "user" satisfaction, which really doesn't say much seeing as they continue to use it...daily. "Facebook customers", you know the people that actually pay Facebook i'd assume are pretty pleased! They get their ads out, get to mine information and get to target demographics in a way that was never possible before. My facebook page has ads for aviation tours in my town, military discounts, education programs and fraternity memorabilia. Where else could these businesses advertise their goods and services with such precision? Where else can they find a audience that's so addicted to seeing their commercials? I'd say the real "Facebook customer" is very happy.
