Looks like Faith infiltrated the wrong building and after being knocked unconsious she has now awakened to find herself bound, gagged, and utterly helpless to resist the unwanted feathery pleasures her maid captor is prepared to inflict upon her. I found this on rastifan's DeviantArt page. Enjoy:
