Personal tastes will vary, but I just came across what instantly became one of my favorite mainstream scenes ever, from a 2018 Turkish comedy series called "Yeni Gelin" (New Bride). It was mentioned here years ago, but didn't seem to get much attention.
The full scene has a lot going for it, in both hotness and cuteness: a long buildup with the gorgeous 'lee meekly asking for mercy; the three older female 'lers trying to scare her with threats of tortures she knows they won't carry through on, leaving her laughing helplessly; the moment when one of the women realizes that since the girl wants to laugh, why not use that; the evil laughter of the three older women as they all instantly catch on to the idea for the perfect 'torture' they can actually use; the girl's sudden dawning worry as she realizes what's about to happen.
Best of all, the tickling seems real to me, and the glee of the older 'lers is clearly real too: the older actresses having fun tickling the younger star is just as much part of the scene as the scripted scenario is.
So, anyway, here's the link to the full episode, with subtitles. The buildup starts around 2:07, then resumes at 2:14:28 as her in-laws try to scare her. The tickling starts at 2:18:25. The only pity is that you don't see them take her shoes off (they're lying next to the bed while she gets tickled) - but one of the women does tickle her feet.

The actress, Jessica May, is Brazilian and became a Turkish celebrity when she married a famous Turkish photographer. In this episode, Bella has helped her young sister-in-law run away to marry a man the family disapproves of. The family are determined to make her tell them where the couple went to get married.)
