Maybe it was Vertigo. I just remember her lying barefoot with some guy and he used one of his feet to tickle one of hers.

Anyway, I found another one. Ray Walston appeared in 2 movies: Kiss Me, Stupid and Runaway Ralph. The latter is underaged though.
