I don't get angry very often. Annoyed, yes. But, truly furiously angry is rare for me. When I do, I often find myself going back to this old one that helped me vent anger in my high school days and shortly after. I'd scream along with that a couple times through and it seemed to drain it out of me. Then, I could turn to more positive stuff to replace all that negative energy.

Don't ask me why, but 'Keep On Loving You' by REO Speedwagon. I know it doesn't seem like the type of song that fits this category, but whenever I hear it, I always get angry. Maybe because whenever I hear it, something always goes bad for me during the day. And it could be because when I first started hearing it for real, I was going through a difficult phase in my life.

My dad says he never liked the music, while I told him it made me too angry, and he was like "You want to hear an angry song?" then started singing 'I DON'T CARE WHAT YOU SAY ANYMORE THIS IS MY LIFE!' like Fred Flintstone, pointing out that, while Billy Joel was noted for writing many love songs, he occasionally mixed it up with an angry song.
