I would have to say that I agree with that. I am very much into wearing nice white undies. There are times that I like thongs but not much. Or the old underwear. the bloomers. Love those, there are from the early 1800's. Thats hot to me. Or the gorl underwear from the 20's. There was always a lot going on there with girtles and panty hose, ect. But it was very hot. I believe underwear (panties) are part of a womens sex appeal. Look at the movies. James Bond, Girl show up in underwear to saduce him, nothing but bra and panties, with maybe some stockings. Sexy! Its a fetish all its own.
