Favourite Holidays and/or Dream Holiday Destinations

So what are the favourite holidays you've been on or where would you like to go?

I've not been to many holiday destinations but my favourite has definately been Ireland; most of my family are over there so it's good to catch up with them. Plus I like going over there for the 3 day drinking festival.

My dream holiday destination would be to travel around America- I'd definately have to go to New York to shop and Florida to visit Disney Land. :lol

Carnival in Rio is on my bucket list.

I'd also like to be around for some of the quaint holidays that locals celebrate around the world. Like, the other day on the news, they mentioned some flour festival that they celebrate somewhere in Europe where everybody dresses up, dons masks, and throws colored flour at each other. It looked alot funner than my description.

I'd also like to do Halloween at that giant haunted house they have up north every year. I forget where it was. Saw it on the Travel channel or something around last Halloween.

I'd really like to go to london rome and ireland and argentina because i have a friend that lives there that i miss alot.

Thanksgiving is probably tops on my holiday list. All that good food and spending time with loved ones. As for travel destinations, I'd probably say Ireland as well. I have a little shamrock blood in me, so it would seem appropriate.
