Not a ticklish response, but interesting. A morning news report about calming nerves and heightening senses before eating sweets, so that we don't eat as much and control weight. The presenter then blindfolds the host and lightly tickles her arm with a feather before feeding the cake. Not a crazy tickle, but interesting to watch.
