Fem Feet member

I don't want this to come out the wrong way, but I paid money for a "lifetime" membership to fem-feet.com. My membership was about 6 months old when everything got zapped. I feel bad that the site got zapped, but I can't help but feel cheated. I haven't seen an update if things will be restored. As a matter of fact, they removed the "Members" link from the site.

Does anyone else share my feelings, or am I out of hand?

WHY DONT YOU EMAIL THEM AND TELL THEM HOW YOU FEEL!!!!?
What do you want me to do for you? I can't help you with this. Again, you might I don't know...EMAIL FEMFEET AND ASK THEM!!!! That's a crazy idea I know but these are crazy times. 🙄

My whole point was that if ANYBODY at all can give you information (whether good or bad) on this subject don't you think it would be femfeet themselves? So why do you ask us about it? Neither Sunriseticklee, Me, or that other guy are qualified to restore your membership or to speak for femfeet on what they are thinking, are we? No. I didn't think so. 🙄 That's my whole point. You're barking up the wrong tree. Chasing the wrong car. Swimming with the wrong fish. Blowing the wrong horn.........

There's only one way to find out isn't there? And it's not by asking just any person at random. 🙄 When you have a complaint about a product you got at Walmart you don't take it to Burger King and cry and piss and moan about it.

I believe several weeks ago i saw something about their members area being deleted by a hacker.

I feel bad for those who were expecting more from their membership fees. But, I guess there's nothing we can do about that.

Okay, one last ditch attempt to clarify this.

Wolfie's upset because his "lifetime" membership was cut down to 6 months. His question is (and this is important Dodger so read carefully) "Does anybody else share these feelings or am I out of hand?" Are you with me, Dodger? He's not asking how to get his money back. He's not asking when the site will be rebuilt. He's not even asking why this happened. He's asking people if they share his attitude and if that attitude seems reasonable or not.

So now that we've established that Wolfie's question has nothing to do with Femfeet's policies, but rather an opinion poll as to the legitimacy of his feelings, I ask you again, Dodger: Do you still maintain this question should have been directed to Femfeet in an Email? Yes or no?

Thank you Sunrise. I had no idea this WAS such a big conversation. (Can anyone smell "rookie".) I can understand why Dodger would be pulling his hair out seeing another post. I suppose I got my money's worth. If I wasn't smart enough to download everything locally when I had the chance, that's my problem. Thanks again!!

First, to Wolfie: I think you were pretty clear on your post, and were just looking for some honest feedback. Welcome aboard! I can sympathize with you on what happened. While not maybe the best way of handling it, from everything I've seem, femfeet seems to be pretty customer-oriented and genuine in wanting to be a great company. Let's hope that continues. 😀

Second, to Dodger: Dude, I don't post here very much, and I bet there are TONS of others who don't either, simply because of knowing that people like you are going to slam the hell out of them for making a small mis-step (posting to the wrong section) or for expressing how they feel and seeing how other people feel. You are certainly entitled to your opinion, but can you cut anyone some slack? You are downright mean sometimes. Is that really necessary? We are supposed to be a community here. Why all the sniping. Are they really offending YOU by posting their experience? If it bothers you so badly, just skip it then. 😕

Third, to Drew: Thanks for trying to help people try to feel welcome here. Keep on, despite any opposition you may get. 🙂
