I thought about this idea before but I never took action on this idea because what will happen if I did it. If it obviously harmed the baby inside her belly I would never tickle her.:no: I am curious.

right and wrong, good and bad: all are irrelevant classifications in this case. it's the context that matters.
if you have consent, or know the person well enough to tickle them without it, you should be in the clear.

unless that is you're asking if its ok to tickle someone for 9 months straight...that might be a little over the top.

If she is comfortable with it, then I would say yes.

If it is uncomfortable for her, then don't do it.

I've found that most pregnant women, especially if they've been on their feet for awhile, are happy to let me fool around with their feet. I've been told I give amazing foot massages, and most seem to enjoy the tickling, as long as I don't go overboard.

This isn't to say that I don't enjoy tickling non-pregnant women's feet; I do!!

Irrelevant classifications? It sounds like a health question, not one of morality.

It's safe to tickle a pregnant woman, but our sensitivity does increase a bit during pregnancy so handle with care. I'd avoid anything excessive or strenuous.
