Segment #1: Angel and Renee work in the same office. Angel awakens to find herself tied sitting in an office chair with her legs on top of the desk and is wearing high heels and socks. Angel asks why she is tied up and Renee, who has been working there for four years, says that she is unhappy that Angel just came in and was able to get the promotion that Renee deserves. When Angel refuses to resign, Renee begins to remove Angel's shoes and socks and then begins to tickle her feet. Angel has a giggling style of laughter, which is intermingled with statements for Renee to stop the tickling. Eventually Angel gives in and is forced to sign the resignation with a marker held between her toes. This scene would have been better if the rope to Angel's ankles had been shorter; the length allowed her to keep pulling away.
Segment #2: In the next segment, Toni is in stocks and Gia is the tickler. Toni appears to be Hispanic. Toni says that this is her first time in bondage and that she has never been tickled before. I would assume that she meant that this is the first time she has been in bondage and tickled at the same time. Gia begins by tickling Toni's feet and, while Toni is not a wild laugher, she doesn't appear to be enjoying the situation. Between laughs she keeps saying things like "Oh my goodness." Gia then begins tickling Toni's ribs and belly. Toni is just as ticklish here. Next, Gia tickles Toni's knees and armpits and then returns to the ribs, belly, and feet. This segment didn't do much for me. I like smooth laughers and Toni's laugh sounded more like "Ha ha ha, oh my goodness, ha ha ha, OK, ha ha ha, oh my God..." It is interesting to watch Gia since she seems to enjoy torturing people.
Segment #3: In the third segment, Simone is lying on the floor leaning against a wall with her arms tied up over her head. She is wearing stockings, white panties and some type of white top that only has one button. Dixie is the tickler and is wearing a leopard skin bra and panties and black stockings with black high heels. Dixie primarily tickles Simone's feet with occasional tickles to her belly and armpits. Simone has a foreign (French?) accent that seems to even be evident when laughing. The tickling in this segment is more playful in nature, especially when used on the upper body.
Segment #4: The final segment features Lily and Jasmine. I think this was the first video for Lily, who is Asian, at Paradise Vision. Both Lily and Jasmine are young and easy on the eyes. Jasmine is the first ticklee and is tied to a rock (you read that correctly). Lily tickles Jasmines feet, knees, ribs, belly, and armpits, which brings out both laughter and screams. Next, they switch positions and Jasmine tickles Lily's feet, knees, armpits, ribs, and belly. Lily has a very pleasant and constant laugh. Jasmine is a very poor tickler and would not get very good results on a less ticklish girl. Fortunately for us, Lily is very ticklish. What was unusual about this scene was that Jasmine would tickle Lily for several minutes and then the scene would jump to seeing Lily untied, making one think that it was over. Then the scene would jump to Lily being tied again and getting tickled. This happened a couple of times.

Here is a summary of my review.
What I liked:
1) I like tight bondage, so I enjoyed seeing the use of the stocks.
2) Lily is one of my favorites at Paradise Vision, since she has a pleasant laugh and appears to be very ticklish.
What I didn't like:
1) Three of the segments had bondage that was too loose for my preference.
