Of course the project is open to all the people that want to partecipate, i'm not the boss, or the chief....or anything like this; i'm simply the one that had this idea, the one that work on the main code of the game, the one that write the stories for the game, and the one that want to finish it for playing 😀

All the people that want to collaborate will have the name in the game and in the credits, they're free to post their drawings, animation or anything that they create anywhere; i'll never tell to anyone that his/her works are mine because are in my game 😉

The project is completely free, but i know that some artist want money to partecipate in this project (of course some artist make money selling their tickling art, so if they will make works for the game is honest to give something to them), so if the game will became popular and the people will like it i'll make 2 different versions: one free with the artist that want to cooperate without ask for money, and another version with the artists that ask for money, thet the people will pay (i was thinking to ask only a little fee for the artists).
This is the best solution maybe; in this way the people can have for free the game with the amazing artwork from the "free artists", and if is interested can buy the same game with other stories and artworks from the "not-free artists"; like the staroffice and openoffice from sun ^_^ (the same program with some little difference...one is free and another is sold).

In those days i was very busy with the developing of the game; so i hope that soon i will post there a fixed version of the alpha version 0.0.1; i have a lot of good ideas for the game and i want to see if i can make them works 😀

In the meantime i wish to post there the first .exe compiled with some examples of the games (in this way i can see how it work on different computer configuration); i'm developing under win xp, so if someone have different OS can tell to me please if it work and if it give to you errors?

If someone can explain to me how to put the files here io'll begin the upload of the material 😉

First of all, put the exe into a .zip file. Or just add a .zip to then end of it without actually compressing it and then upload it (Scroll down while at the posting page (NOT THE QUICK REPLY BOX) and you'll see "Manage Attachments." Click and follow what it says.). Or, if it is above two megabytes, you will have to split it with hacha, winrar, or some other program in order to upload it. The forum does not accept .exe files directly.
 
Yeah it's awesome that we have a forum now to share stuff with. I was just about to email you, FT, as I had not heard from you in a few days! Did you get the two files I sent you with ideas for the backgrounds and buttons?

Thanks HDS 🙂 i know how to post but i didn't know that the forum didn't accept .exe ...that's why i can't post it 😛 now it should work (decompress it with winzip or winrar)

For Nessie : sorry 🙁 but i had some serious family problems with my aunt.....i wasn't very much at home; anyway your buttons and the idea of the graphic interface is ok; can you send to me the background? the size of 800x600 is enough for all the windows 😉

For Kalamos: lo so 😉 ma mi danno fastidio le persone che criticano senza partecipare (del tipo lo faccio meglio io...quello fa schifo....ecc ^_^), ovviamente se qualcuno che lavora attivamente al progetto (oppure che ne capisce qualcos adi grafica o programmazione o meccaniche d gioco) mi da un suggertimento io lo prendo al volo e se e fattibile lo applico 😉 non voglio tagliar fuori gente ma tante volte le persone criticano senza essere capaci di fare la cosa che criticano 😉

I know it 🙂 but i don't like the people that criticize the things without knowing what they're talking (like : i do it better....this is s**t...etc ^_^ )
if someone that work in the project in an active way (or someone that is an expert in graphics, programming or game design) tell to me something that can improve the game i'm happy to hear it , and to apply it if is possible to do it 😉 i don't want to put off peoples but many times the people criticize something without having the knowledge 🙂

If someone have problem with the exe , make a wistle and please include your machine specs 😉

Allora, interessantissimo, ma non è nemmeno una beta: per quel poco, direi che ci siamo.
Da implementare, immagino, le animazioni. Flash? 3D? Animazione tradizionale?

Non vedo ancora il meccanismo di cui parlavi: non c'è ancora una storia - tipo hentai-game. Ma a me non piacciono cmq i giochi hentai, quindi se per ora la storia viene ignorata, non mi lamento.

Da modificare: rendere la finestra spostabile e ridimensionabile.
Possibile modifica: spostare il testo di reazione [fumetti?] o aggiungere sonoro.


Sono pensieri sparsi, non prenderli troppo sul serio, se hai già delle idee specifiche. 🙂

Ok, i've read and understand 😉 i'm writing in english so the others can understand what we are saying; on the bottom of the post i'll write some lines in italian, so i'll explain better what i'm saying now in english 😉

Thanks for the "interesting" 🙂 as i said many timed the game is still at 25-30% and is a pre alpha ^_^ this mean that all you can see now is a empty shell with some examples of what will be in the game 😉 maybe what you see look very simple and minimalist...but is about 1 month of work 😀
The animation will be ......i don't know 😛 you should ask to Nessie ^_^ she's the one that will make the animations, and i think that she'll make some animated gif's; for me is better and the quality is better than the vectorial drawings made in flash. I'll work on some 3d animations when i'll find a little bit of time (the 3d animation is about at the bottom of the list, like the 3d interactive engine....we'll see)

for now the game story is not present because we need to write stories before, then the artists will make the artworks, then the programmer (me lol) will put all toghether ^_^ is not on the top of the list...so io'm developing before the core of the game engine.....without it you'll see only a sequence of static images 😀

about the window: make it sizable and draggable is only something that give to me problems, because i must resize dinamically the controls each time 😛 i'm creating it with the 800x600 resolution in mind (maybe a little bigger...but less than 1024x768) for the simple reason that many people use also lower resolution 😀 i can make it draggable but not resizable.

About the "reaction text": i was thinking to put some cartoon style baloons, but with the standard textbox and labels i have more control on the game; in other words is a little bit too difficult and take too much time, and also is easy to make mistakes using things that are not standard in the windows enviroment (like the comic's baloons) 🙂

I'm taking your consideration seriously, because maybe you can see something that i didn't see 😉 so if you have other things in mind tell to me without problems 😉

I'm attaching the beta document for the game, it include a little bit of what you'll find in the final version of the game 😉 if something is not clear please tell me, because i'm Italian and sometimes my english can be very "tricky" lol 😀

News: in the last 30 minutes i've finally achieved the code that let me wait for the user actions (now the program will wait and will give the time to the player to choose something, read the text....etc ^_^ it'll understand dinamically how much time you need and will jump directly if you'll press the mouse button 😀 ); it was a problem that was making me mad LOL
