I never can get anything either. After you click on the boxes that you need to so you can download the free preview clips the screen goes blank and locks you up on a a grey field. That's not a very good way to attract customers who might want to throw some money your way. I for one will NEVER avail myself of your services and I certainly won't recommend you to any of the other members of Tickle Theater.
 
I think what you mean is that it doesn't work on YOUR computer. I think its a bit strong to suggest that I would take the time and trouble making clips that cannot play on most peoples computer.

Fact is, our website attracts quite a few thousand visitors daily and most people play the clips without a problem. If you would take the time to explain your problem clearer instead of blasting us, you too may also be able to play the clips.

Guys, I get a different problem...like a "freeze-frame" where the scene freezes and goes to stop and start motion but the sound continues so I only see a couple of seconds of movement...looked like it had great potential though. Wish I could figure out this problem!
 
This sounds like an isp problem, the freeze frames is where the clip is buffering as its downloading to your computer.

I would suggest letting it finish buffering and then re-playing the clip. All being well, you will be able to view the clip without any problem.
