I started posting my Powerpuff Girls tickling fic "Tickled Pink, Green, and Blue" on Fanfiction.net, and even had a few readers who really liked it. I was surprised, as I thought that everyone would just pretend that it didn't exist.

Then, after about a month, the account that I posted it under was deleted without any warning emails or anything. No rules broken (far as I can tell), nothing; just vanished, literally, overnight. So I registered again, and posted again. That was a couple of days ago. Log on tonight to find this new account has also been deleted.

Obviously, someone doesn't like the idea of tickling fics on a general (family-oriented) fanfiction archive - but I'm not actually breaking the rules. Someone doesn't like fetish fics, so they go around getting them removed. Coward. Dick-head.

What I'd like to know is, has anyone else tried posting tickling fics on general fanfic archives, and if so how were they received by the audience of that site (and if appropriate, the webmaster?). Especially if that archive was FFNet - it'd be good to know if I'm wasting my time with them and should move it over to Adultfanfiction.net.

I'll also begin posting the chapters of my PPG fic here soon, possibly as soon as this evening (it's now 2am here, and I have work in the morning). 🙂 Peace out for now.

Unfortunately, most online services are becoming paranoid about fetish-based material. Yahoo Groups, for instance, deleted one of my properly labelled, soft-core adult fetish groups for no apparent reason and even deleted the nominal owner's account.

My advice would be to post fetish stories only at fetish-friendly places like here, to reduce the risk of arbitrary deletion by some puritanical webmaster or sysop. Some of the general (non-fetish) message boards based in continental Europe are more tolerant than services in the US and the UK.

i did have one story taken down, it was a gundam yaoi story which i guess they didn't like because it was a joke, unlike all my other serious stories that are serious

As I thought. O well...and I can't move it to Adultfanfiction.net, though nFiction.com might be accepting. I'll have to think long and hard about this, I see.

At the very least, there's still the Yahoo! Groups that the stories were written for (for as long as no-one has THEM closed either), and my tickling/mature fic website. Which is good. 🙂 Thanks for the responses.
