After Ross and Tim had agreed to the fifty five million dollar company buy, Tim's attorney and the other party''s attorney , talked and then met to discuss and finalize the buy.
This happened within one to two weeks, at which time, the attorneys, Ross, Tim, and the other party, met in Tim's office to finalize the deal.
Ross had been very good about not leaving town. He had made no OKC trips while this was going on, consistently delaying Fritz and Steve with every reason why he could not come down.
Now, with the papers signed, Ross felt he could not delay any longer.
The company buy and signing was finalized on a Tuesday.
When Ross and Tim walked out of the meeting of that situation, Ross said.
"Tim, I've been very good about staying completely put during this whole process working on this, your account, and all my New York Work,. Now, I really have to go away. I have not been to OKC in almost three weeks. Whether everyone likes it or not, I must go tomorrow, for discussion with Frtitz and Steve, likely oil shows, and maybe a signing or two, or discussion of a mall. I will be home Saturday morning, and in the office on Monday. I promised Kayley, she agreed to this, and now I'm promising you, and I have to go" Ross said.
