Oops! My bad! Emma Peel is tickled in "The Fear Merchants". In "Legacy of Death", Steed is attacked by two women. After throwing one to the ground, then trapping her there by placing a chair over her, and sitting down, the takes the other one over his lap, and says "Now, young lady. You are going to talk!". He starts tickling her ribs, and by the way she start giggling, you know Steed won't have long to wait, Again, sorry for the misinformation, and for hijacking the thread.

Dammit, I KNEW that this really existed, after all the endless debate about it! I used to have a sound WAV of it, once upon a time, but was one of the many losses to a virus way back when. So many people seem to think this never happened, though! Go figure!

....OK...I gotta jump in here...You're both wrong...A while back a book appeared in bookstores that contained all the episodes of The Avengers. In the episode "Legacy of Death" there was a description of
"Tara" getting tickle tortured with a feather duster on her feet. But,
in the real episode, the one that was filmed, Tara was put through the Chinese water torture. Later on in the episode, "TARA" tickle tortures one of the villians with a feather duster. Now, the mystery
was....why does it have "TARA" getting foot tickled in the synopsis
but she gets the Chinese Water Torture in the film? Many people searched the world over looking for the film with the tickling and
the conclusion was that is doesn't exist, or the scene wound up on the cutting room floor..I don't know the name of the episode where
Steed tickles the woman's ribs while turned over his knee...Please.
Trust me on this. It was discussed to death a couple of years ago....
