Greetings, fellow artists.
Last night I was working from one of my books, and after an effort at copying something, I decided to take my colored pencils and try coloring it in. Granted, coloring is something that takes practice too, but what matters is that I tried my best. My sketch may not be perfect, but I've come to realize this:
It's not about perfection. It's not about being a master. It's about doing your best and giving it your all. And having fun doesn't hurt either! 😉
Either way, I present to you my first coloring effort. Yes I know the proportions are off, and yes I know there are some coloring issues and smudges, but what matters is that I'm getting better, right? Right.
Please try to refrain from critical comments.
