Saw some comments on this elsewhere and thought it was an interesting thread topic.
For me it's Robin Williams.

John Ritter, Sept 2003. As those who followed him are aware, Mr Ritter was only 54 when he died of an aortic problem in his heart. I had been watching Mr Ritter since I was very young on Three's Company, and had followed his career quite closely. Usually, most celebrity passings are "Oh , that's very sad" Mr Ritter's passing hit me deeply

Thinking back the oldest memory I have is Eizabeth Ann Hulette (AKA Miss Elisabeth or "The First Lady of Wrestling!") There may have been others from when I was younger but I don't remember.

Yeah, on May 1, 2003 alot of grown ass men who were kids in the 80s cried that day. She was only 42, and that was 21 years ago this year. 😞

PUT HER IN THE HALL OF FAME!

Harold Rammis and Carrie Fisher. There will never be another Ghostbusters with the entire original cast back together again and I'll never see Carrie as Princess Leia again. Both of those deaths hit me hard. 🙁

John F Kennedy....i had just turned eight

I would have to say Elvis Presley. My uncle met him and made a set of boots for him. He was a super duper nice man

Robin Williams
Matthew Perry
& I know it's a weird one but Aaron Carter. I was such a big fan when I was younger and his death was preventable. He just had a hard life! 🙁

I"m surprised no one mentioned Stevie Ray Vaughn....i was absolutely shattered by his death.

Angela Lansbury. My two favorite movies growing up were Beauty and the Beast and Bedknobs and Broomsticks, and when she passed it was definitely like a little piece of the past going with her.

I don't really care for Celebrities, but I'll be sad when my favorite bands and YouTubers retire. Disturbed, Nickelback, Skillet, Breaking Benjamin, among many, many others. As for YouTubers, Markiplier is the main big channel I watch. So, I'll be pretty sad when he inevitably retires.
