Good job. How long did it take you to go from 210 to 174? I weighed 210 and want to get to 170. In two weeks I'm down 6 pounds just from cutting out fast food and junk food.

Seeing this kind of shit makes me happy, someone having a goal and maintaining the motivation to get there. Doesn't matter how, you could post 211 threads for all I care. What matters is that you're happy with who you are and with your body.

Keep up the good work, just make sure you don't celebrate with a cheeseburger at the end of it 😉
 
Well, with all due respect, I support your efforts on one end but am concerned on others.

5' 10" and 155 seems awfully thin to me....now if that's how you desire to look, by all means, go for it. But I don't think that is in your best interests. Maybe a few extra healthier pounds but then again it is only my opinion.

I'm glad you got off the couch and got to the gym. You've made great progress already whether or not you make those personal goals.
