Well, with all due respect, I support your efforts on one end but am concerned on others.
5' 10" and 155 seems awfully thin to me....now if that's how you desire to look, by all means, go for it. But I don't think that is in your best interests. Maybe a few extra healthier pounds but then again it is only my opinion.
I'm glad you got off the couch and got to the gym. You've made great progress already whether or not you make those personal goals.
