Flash Tickling movies

I remember this site from the anime tickling forum from years ago that had
a flash movie that had tickling done by an artist and was wondering if that
kind of technology can still be done today with the tickling artists on this
board by having flash movies made with stories and different scenarios.

Of course that can still be done. In fact, the technology for it is much better and more can be done.
