Does any one know of any law concerning or prohibiting the practice of being tickled for hire. Does it make a difference WHERE the ticking is done (other than zoning res vs. com) or if bondage is involve? Must such activity be licensed or registered? Is there a minimum dress code? Is tickling considered (legally) part of massage?

If you truely know please inform me as I am considering opening such a business.

In Florida..

If someone is paying, regardless of location, no one can touch unless it's a licensed masseuse.
Made Tampa a pretty damn dull city and almost closed the OBT in orlando.

As i know it still is, i could of swore a couple of my friends went there the other weekend, ill double check for you this weekend.🙂
