Two nights ago I downloaded a video from Tickle Party. I rather like just being able to choose my own scenes. I ordered a vid, and it downloaded. When I played it back I noticed it was only about 6 minutes long. It was advertised as about 9. I wasn't angry, the clip was good. But I figured I'd email them and let them know they made a mistake. I opened my email the next day and I had mail from Heather. She stated I was correct, they'd made a mistake, and they corrected it on their website,
Then she told me to pick another clip and they'd create a special link for me to download it for free.
I told them that wasn't necessary, that I'd have still downloaded the original clip anyway.
Heather emailed me back say She insisted I choose a clip,
So I chose one, Within 8 hours I had another clip.

THAT sort of service is exceptional, only to be equaled by TIB and realtickling. I figured I'd let everyone know about a very pleasurable experience with a company I know some say they've had troubles with.

thats true tron, except that ive made several suggestions to them over the past 13 years and theyve yet to implement one of them. but they do reply well to all emails.

however, i am having a serious problem right now with harmony concepts, they havent replied to the last 6 or 7 emails i sent. i inquired to robert harmon about using my 5 dollar credit, and he said place the order and inculde the credit. i emailed back and said plase the order which way (net, phone, email, etc) and i never heard back. ive sent emails back since including one with credit card info and everything and STILL havent heard a thing. im ready to rip them a new one.

Funny you should mention FMC Mike, because I've been quite a customer of their over the last few months. Many will re-call my scathing opinions of their tickling videos. I always like their foot fetish stuff, but their tickling was chronically bad. (Only the second worst though, not the worst.)

Well that new tickle-party site has really caught my attention. Being able to select the 5-9 minute scenes you especially want from their videos has made being a customer of theirs really worthwhile. It means you can sort through the 30-35 minutes of arse tickling you don't want ad go for the stuff you do. I must have a dozen or more of those clips now.

Elliot if you're reading this, damn good business decision man! If you follow it up by firing all the sad gits who've had their pelvic ligament cut from your FJ series, I'll buy shares in your damn comapany! 😀 (If you then burn your green balaclava and child-molester glasses on a bonfire, I'll bloody marry you!)

Additionally...

The quality of the tickling in the vid clips is damn decent, very much on the level of Realtickling. Some of the females are excellent ticklers and they have a great variety of ticklees. I really do love the concept of downloading only the scenes you want. Also some of those scenes are up to 15 minuts long. Pretty damn good for 4.99.

Actually, I specifically asked for a couple scenes that I saw posted as pics. They posted the vidclips with a couple weeks. They claim they're gonna make a cheerleader vid.

My only whine is the vid quality itself. The ones on Ticklehell are better. If the ones on Tickleparty had that sort ofvisual quality they'd be perfect, but probably more expensive. So given the choice I'll stick with what they have.

I just wanted to acknowledge there is someone lse besides Brian who actually gives a shit about the customer.
