Oh dear...

Adult Swim premeired a few new shows tonight. One of which I was awake for.
It was 4 minutes in (I looked at the clock) and I was sitting there with my mouth hanging open and an extremely puzzled look on my face.

Thus I stayed for the next 26.

What a truly psycho, fucked up, half hour of animation that was! I feel like my brain has been squeezed out of my ear, spun around, microwaved with a dash of rosemary and a sprig of parsley, and then shoved back in upside down.

WHEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!! zoom! Zoom!! ZOOM!!! Haruko-san is my hero, er... heroine. *giggle* I love FLCL! *jumps around the room excitedly* Just wait until Naota swings the bat! Hee hee hee! Insanity and explosions, mixed with a GBH (grevious bodily harm) and a bass guitar! Oh, and let's not forget about the robots. *giggle* (The answer to the question of my sanity and if I enjoy the lack thereof: Yes, I do know, and frequently. *giggle*)

I am sorry your brain is wiggling Ness, but I promise it will feel really good by the time the series is done. Don't worry though, there are only 5 more to go. :happy:

It must have ran during that black period in my life I call the "No Cable Zone". Wahhh! I will have to check those out, Jay. May be worth getting a card at a video rental place. Of course they all need 2 photo IDs, a credit card, your firstborn child, and a urine sample but I'll give it a shot. 😛

The discs come with all kinds of crazy stuff in the boxes including your own ACROSS membership card, a kind of colorforms make your own face kit, posters and lots of other cool toys. *giggle* (Yeah, I know, I'm bordering on uber-geek here but I like toys. *giggle*)

Gotta say I'm not sure which series is better...Cowboy Bebop of FLCL. Needless to say, after I saw the FLCL series the first time on Cartoon Network, I ordered the dvds. Talk about turning your brain to ReadyWhip. I've watched them a dozen times, and think I've got it figured out...but who knows :wooha:

I'd have to gove that one to Bebop if only because it's pretty long and more in depth. I really love Cowboy Bebop and is the only anime I've seen so far, except maybe Trigun, which I would consider buying on dvd.

You ever see the Cowboy Bebop movie? It's not bad with the exception of now for some reason whenever it plays on TV (I have Time Warner) it has an echo effect on all the sounds. 🙁
