I think people were like just flat out asking her questions about her feet that probably sounds strange to someone who doesn't have a foot fetish. They weren't like in a conversation and said they have a foot fetish. It was probably more like an email from some creep saying "can I suck your toes?". I'm thinking that before saying anything about a tickle fetish I'd probably want to try tickling her feet and see that reaction first. I personally don't have a foot fetish, but I do have a girlfriend who surprisingly took my tickle fetish at face value...and she not only accepted it, but have since then made sure she tickles me however and whenever she can.
