PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Convicted foot-licker Raymond Dublin will serve a year in prison for violating his probation on earlier sexual assault charges.

Dublin is the 34-year-old Providence man who followed the woman as they were shopping in Woonsocket, R.I., stores and licked their feet.

The Woonsocket Call reported that Superior Court Judge Edwin Gale gave Dublin a choice: Accept the one-year sentence for his probation violation, or fight the charge and risk a longer sentence.

Dublin pleaded no contest earlier this month to simple assault charges stemming from the three foot-licking incidents. He still faces similar foot-licking charges in Massachusetts.

(I also cannot resist adding that this should end all claims that forced tickling of a stranger would be laughed at by police, and not considered a crime. Note particularly that this "foot-licking" is specifically referred to in the article (from the Associated Press) as "simple ASSAULT" (see above, where emphasis is added). Yes, assault, without bruising, denting, or breaking. That's why it's simple assault, not aggravated assault.)

He might know, but he doesn't give a damn. LOL This sort of person makes me want to start spitting nails. I heard a story on the news about a guy who broke into a bedroom and forced the girl into a rolled up curtain. Then he made her fondle his penis with her bare toes. As it was being read out I was fuming because I knew it would reflect badly on people like us.

When a simple point that was self-righteously denied is proven up down and sideways by the clear action of the law, one indeed can't resist pointing it out. So sorry if that offends you.

A "little jab?" Call it anything you like, my friend. I had no desire to hide my point, as my horse seems to be alive and well. But it's a courtesy to tell those trying to ride a dead one that it's passed on.

Funny, but providing proof seems the appropriate way to end an argument... but then I'm odd that way.

To reply to tummyticklish01's question- a few years ago I remember reading a police report on a guy that "stalked" women in a mall/super market and waited for them in the parking lot, can't remember much more but that one of his victims stated he came from around a car as she was putting items in the back and pushed her in.

She thought he was going to rape her but he took off her shoes and socks and started licking her feet. He was caught and I can't remember the charges, I think it happened out East.

There are sickos out there and I agree it's some type of an assault.
I recall that old thread but fantasy videos and stories are just that, carrying them out on strangers by force is very wrong.
I just shake my head when I hear articles like these.
