Found this on an Italian generic portal, Virgilio.
It is a pic from a series about massages, and it depicts a laughing
woman who massages the feet of what I think is a man (only the
legs and feet are visible, and they seem of a male to me).
There is no evident tickling, but with a bit of immagination... 🙂
