ok I am going to get a bit profound here...as an adoptive mother of 2 what does REAL mother mean to all of you on the TMF.

My children were my real children the minute I recieved the phone calls, the minute they were put into my arms, the minute they smiled their 1st smiles at me. The moment I wipped their tears, the moment that muttered their first mama. This year my family circle was completed by my beautiful daughter Amanda, adding to all the joy my son Matthew has brought me in the last 4 years.

Real mom's from both bioligical backgrounds and from choices of the heart. I also take this moment to think of the two women who generously loved their children enough to place them for adoption.


Happy Mothers day to all the mothers of the TMF..
